Trauma Counselling

I specialise in helping people overcome emotional and mental distress, particularly anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, which are often rooted in traumatic childhood experiences.
I am a compassionate Psychological Therapist with over 5 years of practice experience, and I am dedicated to helping people deal with these problems in a practical and meaningful way. My focus is on helping my clients heal from complex trauma, helping them to achieve emotional wellbeing and resilience in the future.
Together, we can work on the tools you need to find emotional well-being and resilience. I invite you to take the first step towards a brighter future today.
I understand that approaching a counsellor for the first time can feel daunting. Rest assured, my approach is both supportive and understanding, and we can work together in person or online depending on your preference. Whether you're dealing with past trauma or present anxiety, I'm here to guide you on a healing journey. Get in touch with me here to get started.

I recommend Aisha's counselling service, she was warm and understanding. Having her as my counsellor at that point in time helped me to grow and process things even though I didn't see it in the moment. Reflecting back now she was an essential part of it. I really did feel seen and understood by her, she was also accommodating and I never once felt judged by her. So if you're looking for a counsellor, give it a go.

Aisha is a great therapist. She is very empathetic and understands your emotions from your world view. I'm so glad I had my sessions with her, I was able to deep dive into my belief system and peel away at the layers.
Thanks so much Aisha x
