How Therapy Can Help
Depression can cast a long shadow over your life, but counselling provides a pathway to healing. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to lighten the emotional load of depression by exploring its roots and identifying patterns that may be perpetuating your feelings. I will assist you in developing proactive, personalised strategies to combat negative thoughts and behaviours.
Through open dialogue and guided exercises, you will learn to reframe your thinking, set achievable goals, and gradually rediscover joy in life. My integrative counselling approach means that we will draw from various therapeutic techniques to find what resonates best with you. Whether it's through mindfulness practices or trauma-informed therapy, together, we will create a toolkit that empowers you to manage your depression effectively.
