Session Fees

I offer competitive rates to ensure that you receive the support you need. I aim to keep the cost of counselling low to encourage clients to reach out:

Face to Face – £75
Online/Telephone – £55
Student Online/Telephone – £45
Student Face to Face – £50

 
 

Availability & Booking Sessions

NAMAS Counselling Services operates from 09:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday slots also available. After our initial consultation, you can easily book your session using the link provided on the website and pay for it instantly. Payments can also be made via bank transfer. Please note that all sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.

When you decide to reach out for therapy, we will begin with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This initial call is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and to ask any questions about my therapeutic approach. It's crucial that you feel comfortable, as this lays the foundation for our working relationship. After our conversation, we can schedule your first session, where we will delve deeper into your journey towards emotional well-being.

Consistency is vital in therapy for meaningful progress. I typically recommend weekly sessions, especially in the early stages, to maintain momentum. Regular attendance allows us to explore your issues thoroughly and work towards long-lasting change. Should any conflicts arise, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible to reschedule. Your commitment to this journey is essential for achieving the best outcomes.

I offer various modes of therapy to suit your preferences and needs:

  • In-Person Sessions: Conducted in my Barkingside office, these sessions foster a personal connection.
  • Online Therapy: Via secure video conferencing, ideal for those who prefer convenience or need to maintain physical distancing.
  • Phone Sessions: Available for clients who might find it challenging to use video technology or prefer not to be seen.

Each mode adheres to the highest confidentiality standards, and we can discuss which option works best for you based on your comfort level and therapy goals.
